C&E Communications began in 2009 under the leadership of Todd Thames. Todd has been working in the Low Voltage field since 2003. It was that year that he took on developing a company called Biltmore Communications for it’s parent company. During his time with Biltmore he established a reputation for his “can do” attitude and his ability to come up with low voltage solutions that were budget friendly. While with Biltmore, Todd forged relationships with many developers and contractors that have led to C&E’s further success. With the downturn of the construction sector in 2008, Biltmore’s parent company decided to dissolve the subsidiary. It was shortly later that C&E Communications came to be.
Due to the great relationships he had developed, when the economy began to recover, C&E was on it’s way. Since it’s start C&E has designed and/or installed Low Voltage systems on over 30 projects. We pride ourselves in being a turn key operation able to cater to our customers low voltage needs from design thru installation and beyond. Through site visits/blueprint review and in depth conversations, Todd has designed and installed low voltage systems that cater to the long term needs of our clients while meeting their budgetary requirements. He is skilled in identifying areas where expenses can be trimmed but needs still are met.
C&E Communications specializes in MDU buildings but also has significant experience with commercial office space providing Access Control, CCTV and Audio Visual integration.
